About Us…
We have over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of financial accounting and management and you can rest assured that we will use our expertise and time to ensure your accounting records conform to the generally accepted standards in all aspects. We can take care of as much or as little of your financial services needs, and our rates are also negotiated accordingly.

From day-to-day functions like invoicing and controls, to weekly or monthly needs, which include but are not limited to:
- Updating cashbook(s) on a daily/weekly/monthly basis from your source documents (normally bank statements)
- Following up on your debtors’ book to ensure timeous payments made by your customers
- Capturing and processing your supplier invoices (ensuring VAT legislation is adhered to by your suppliers) and doing weekly/monthly reconciliations of your supplier accounts
- Monthly journals to provide for depreciation etc, and also bringing your payroll transactions into your accounting records

Payroll & HR…
We will take care of all your payroll needs, from full processing function, to tax structuring, dealing with third parties such as medical aids, provident funds etc.
We will supply your biggest asset, your personnel, with sound tax advice, deal with payroll related queries, assist with UIF claims documentation etc
- Monthly calculation and submission of PAYE/UIF and SDL on Efiling, as well as UIF submission to Department of Labour
- EMP501 submissions on a bi-annual basis
- Distribution of IRP5’s on an annual basis to your staff (we can even assist staff with personal income tax filing, at an additional competitive cost to the employee)
- UI19 documentation
- Maternity leave claims documentation
- Liaising with third parties as mentioned – Medical Aids, Provident Funds etc
- We can also assist to ensure your employee packs are up to date and compliant with the POPI act
